REPAIRS/REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF SOLID OFFROAD AND/OR ITS OWNER.
Installation disclaimer - Solid Offroad and/or its owner is not liable and/or responsible for any damages that may occur from improperly installed drive-train mounts or damages that may occur during the installation process by installer negligence or error. Solid Offroad and/or its owner is also not liable and/or responsible for the condition of the vehicle in which Solid Offroad drive-train mounts are being installed in. Many factors can contribute to installation issues, such as OEM factory bolt pattern specifications being on the high/low end of allowable tolerances, frame/chassis/drivetrain damage due to previously broken or worn out OEM drive-train mounts, frame/chassis/drivetrain damage due to driving style, vehicle abuse, and other unknown factors.
INSTALL AT USER’S OWN RISK – BY INSTALLING SOLID OFFROAD CUSTOM DRIVE-TRAIN MOUNTS, THE END USER UNDERSTANDS THAT THEY ARE MODIFYING THE DRIVING CHARACTERISTICS AND OVERALL FEEL OF THEIR VEHICLE AND ASSUMES ALL RISKS IN DOING SO. VEHICLES THAT ARE DRIVEN HARD OFF ROAD AND/OR ABUSED CAN, AND MOST LIKELY WILL EVENTUALLY EXPERIENCE FAILURE OF ONE OR MORE COMPONENTS. THIS COULD INCLUDE THE FRAME, THE ENGINE BLOCK, THE TRANSMISSION, THE DRIVE-LINE IN GENERAL, THE SUSPENSION, THE MOTOR MOUNTS, AND THE TRANSMISSION MOUNT. IT IS THE DRIVERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PROPERLY MAINTAIN THEIR VEHICLE, PERFORM FREQUENT MAINTENANCE, AND PERFORM DETAILED INSPECTIONS TO PREVENT DAMAGES FROM DRIVING, AND TO CATCH POTENTIAL ISSUES BEFORE THEY BECOME SERIOUS.
SOLID OFFROAD AND/OR ITS OWNER CANNOT CONTROL THE MANNER IN WHICH A CUSTOMER DRIVES THEIR VEHICLE, WHAT RISKS THAT CUSTOMER TAKES WHILE DRIVING, AND THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE ITSELF. THEREFORE, SOLID OFFROAD AND/OR ITS OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR TO THE VEHICLE, ITS DRIVER, ITS OCCUPANT(S), OR OTHER PERSONS OR PROPERTY NEARBY WHEN USING SOLID OFFROAD PRODUCTS.
LOOSE BOLTS WILL ALLOW THE DRIVE-TRAIN MOUNT TO MOVE & WILL DAMAGE AND POSSIBLY TEAR THE DRIVE TRAIN-MOUNT. ALL BOLTS MUST REMAIN TIGHT - IT IS THE USERS RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY THIS. ALL BOLTS MUST UTILIZE THE PROPER THREAD-LOCKER UPON INSTALLATION!
DRIVE-TRAIN MOUNT BUSHINGS ARE CONSUMABLE/WEARABLE ITEMS, AND WILL EVENTUALLY WEAR OUT. IT IS THE USERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE DRIVE-TRAIN MOUNT BUSHINGS, AND REPLACE THE BUSHINGS WHEN THEY SHOW SIGNS OF SERIOUS WEAR. WORN BUSHINGS WILL ALLOW THE DRIVE-TRAIN MOUNT TO SHIFT AND MOVE, WHICH WILL LEAD TO MOTOR MOUNT/TRANSMISSION MOUNT DAMAGE AND OTHER POSSIBLE ENGINE/DRIVE-LINE AND FRAME DAMAGE.
TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS FOR BOLTS - SOLID OFFROAD AND/OR ITS OWNER DOES NOT PROVIDE TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS FOR BOLTS AND FASTENERS. REFER TO YOUR VEHICLE MANUFACTURER'S REPAIR MANUAL FOR ALL TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS OF OEM BOLTS. BUSHING CROSS BOLTS HAVE NO OEM/SAE SPECIFIED TORQUE SPEC, THEREFORE IT IS THE USERS RESPONSIBILITY TO TIGHTEN THE BUSHING CROSS BOLT PROPERLY TO PREVENT MOVEMENT OF THE 2 HALVES OF THE MOTOR MOUNT, BUT NOT OVER-TIGHTEN TO THE POINT WHERE THE BUSHINGS ARE DEFORMED/DAMAGED AND PREMATURELY WEAR OUT. THE USER SHOULD INSPECT THE BUSHINGS FREQUENTLY AND ADJUST THE TIGHTNESS OF THE BUSHING CROSS-BOLT AS NEEDED.
